Yes sadly it's business attire all the time. I have taken to buying all the dresses from modcloth. Still lets me have enough me flair without them being like no.

Dress Up is a strong word. Technically I'm supposed to be business casual, but I'm usually as close to the casual side of that as I can be. And then every now and then I'll put on a tie just because I can rock that shit too. Amos == The Man
